Vanessa: Is there any nicer way to break up the working week than spending an evening waterside, beverage in hand and good food before you? I think not! On this particular mid-week venture, team For Foods Sake was invited to dine at Criniti’s Woolloomooloo. Set on the restaurant-lined finger wharf, Criniti’s offers traditional Italian fair in a classy yet relaxed environment. Former Hugo’s Pizza chef, John Lanzafame now at the helm as Executive Chef at Woolloomooloo, has curated a menu that encapsulates the flavors of Italy. Charged with an Aperol Spritz and joined by a large group of fellow diners, we perused the menu that we would experience and I instantly wished I had worn my elastic trousers!
